What happens in the skin consultation
Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin and what your skin goals are. We that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and skincare plan for you.
During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or . Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin that require a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse prescriber or doctor for .
To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card will be secured against your booking. For or Nurse we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) deposit of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.
Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, your concerns and create a recommended plan.
The consultation is completely free, but we do a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your in line with our cancellation policy.
The cost of your and/or plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, depending on your clinic.
Your consultation will be with one of our specialist nurses or practitioners with knowledge of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or dermatologist are chargeable and do a refundable* – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse for an if you are about the signs of ageing. These are free, but we do require a refundable* £50 to secure your booking. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.
