What happens in the skin consultation
Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and skincare plan for you.
During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or from so we can fully examine your skin, the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress your plan.
We’ll then your daily and monthly skincare and plan to get the best for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options including chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. Depending on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or nurse. And if you are interested in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.
To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card will be against your booking. consultations are free of charge subject to a £25 deposit. In-person are priced at £50. Please refer to our for more .

Your skin consultation lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a recommended plan.
The consultation is completely free, but we do a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your appointment in line with our cancellation policy.
The cost of your and/or plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, depending on your clinic.
Your consultation will be with one of our experienced nurses or practitioners with extensive knowledge of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or are chargeable and do a refundable* deposit – please check the consultation price before . We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.
Our expert skin will ask a of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:
You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we recommend that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, and colour which could indicate such as acne or sensitivity.
