I am not into intense, exhausting workouts, so gentle daily movement is very much my thing. A walk, some light stretching or easy activity keeps me feeling good without burning me out or dreading it. It pairs naturally with my other steady habits, including xhealth, as part of looking after myself. Keeping movement easy and enjoyable means I actually do it, day after day after day. That consistency matters far more than intensity for me.
