When considering primary echoes, you’ll want the Inferno Rider echo for the Molten Rift Sonata Effect. Inferno Rider is a transformation echo like many others that will allow Changli to deal a ton of Fusion damage in a short amount of time. When long pressing the echo attack, you can enter a rider mode for an extra way to deal damage as well with the echo. Overall, this is the best option for the Molten Rift Sonata Effect and will be a fantastic choice for Changli’s primary echo.

If you missed out on Yinlin, there are still some nice alternatives to consider. Mortefi also fits nicely in a team with Jinshi and her kit does have nice synergy with his. Mortefi will buff her heavy attacks and since her heavy attack isn’t a trigger for any bigger moves, you’ll end up using it a lot to extend combos and keep enemies airborne for as long as possible. The only downside with using Mortefi is that he has a longer Resonance Liberation cooldown than most characters, so when you do switch him in and out, sometimes he might not have his Resonance Liberation available for use. Regardless, he is still a solid character to pair Jinshi with.

Now, when you are going to start building Yangyang’s echoes out, you’ll want one of the two options that will best fit each option you have for her. The first option is going to be for her hybrid build. For this build you will want to stick with echoes that have the Moonlit Clouds Sonata Effect. With a full setup with these echoes, you’ll gain 10% more Energy Regen and the next character brought into the field will have their attack increased by 22.5% for 15 seconds once Yangyang’s Outro Skill has been used. This Sonata Effect is going to be the best option for a hybrid build due to how great it is for the entire team in general.

After that has been done, you’ll be ready to carry on and really get the hang of how she plays. Getting some skill upgrades will help out in the long run as they’ll slowly build up into helping out a lot as you continue using Changli.
Jinshi might take a little bit of work to get the hang of in Wuthering Waves . She isn’t overly quick, but she makes up for it in how hard she is capable of hitting. She’s got some incredible synergy with other 5-star characters and, when paired with other high-end weapons, she’s going to be doing a lot of damage to enemies. The only thing you’ll need to keep in mind after building her up is to go ahead and level up her stats in her character menu. These stat bonuses aren’t huge right out of the gate, but they do add up and become a delightful little bonus when using her.
When considering some solid team compositions for Changli, you’ll really want to look at bringing Yinlin with her if you’ve gotten her. Changli works well with Jinhsi as well, but her synergy with Yinlin is on another level. Yinlin is really special in how quickly she gains energy and burns through her skills in her burst phase. On top of this, both characters can buff each other to deal even more damage. Yinlin is very versatile and quite possibly your best partner for Changli.
The next optimal option for Chixia is the Novaburst 4-star weapon. This is another viable and useful option if the 5-star one isn’t going to be available. Novaburst will increase attack up to 4% for 8 seconds when you use Chixia’s dash . This can stack 3 times as well and is a nice little boost to damage if she’s going to be the main character on the field while fighting. It won’t have the same value as Static Mist, but will still get some mileage for you until you’ve gotten a better weapon for Chixia.
